[摘要] 合约理论是现代经济学分析的新视角，由于文献繁杂，在许多漂亮的外
衣下，人们很难清晰地认清其内在的思路。本文目的通过对合约理论进行梳理，
试图理清其需要解释的对象、内容和解释逻辑，为进一步分析、研究和评论合约
理论提供一个背景性的文件。

Analysis Method and Essence Idea of Contract Theory
Abstract: Contract theory is a new angle of view in modern economics. Because it
relates to many aspects, contract theory is very hard to be seen clearly in its essence
idea. This paper’s aim is to recognize its objects, content and logic.
