互补性、多样化和企业组织形式的演进
摘要：
论文论述了在信息革命推动下，各种类型的组织形式都以自身的方式不断深
化过程。其相互作用的结果导致了以集群为代表的新型企业组织的出现。它在许
多方面呈现出与以往相比不同的特征。论文从比较制度经济学角度出发，讨论这
种演变的特点、内因以及趋势。

Abstract
This paper describes all types of firm organization gradually had to be changed
with information revolution. It leads to appearance of new firm organization as
“clusters”, which have difference characters before. This paper discusses the
characteristic, cause and trend of the change.
